Aidan Killian charged a phone company €300 for hassling him, and they paid it. He insisted a health insurance company repay full costs to is uncle, €25,000, and they paid it.
He’s not a barrister or legal whizz, he’s an Irish comedian.
He has made it his business to not allow himself to be bullied or harassed in any way by corporations and in every case he has been successful. His new book, “Dear Plonker,” chronicles how he did it and offers lots of practical advice for dealing with banks, credit card companies, road toll companies, mobile phone providers, health insurers, television license inspectors and the police.
