Accelerated Spiritual Core Work

When you have solved every external problem and the remaining one is internal

A focused way of accelerating inner change without beliefs, practices, or self-improvement, grounded in intention and out-of-existence support.

~ If this is as good as it gets, something is deeply wrong. ~

If you are here, your life probably works. You make difficult decisions. You handle pressure. You know how to execute. And yet, at some point, often without warning, you realise that something essential is stalled on the inside.

Not emotionally dramatic. Not a crisis. A sense of still holding things together through effort, where effort should no longer be necessary, yet not knowing what replaces it.

~ I achieved what I thought would finally make me feel whole, but the feeling never arrived — well, that’s not true, it arrived briefly and then vanished. ~

What This Work Is

This is the point of entry for my work.

What I do — very precisely — is work with you in a way that allows something internal to settle. Something that hasn’t had the conditions to do so before. I help your system come into direct contact with what I call the mystery. When that happens, change doesn’t need to be driven or managed. It unfolds on its own, often faster and with less effort than expected, because it is no longer being interfered with.

My role is not to direct the process, but to stay present and accurate enough that your own system can complete what it is already trying to do.

~ I did everything right. Why do I still feel empty? ~

This work does not require you to be spiritual, reflective, or interested in inner life. Many people arrive having never considered this territory before. They simply recognise that the remaining limitation in their life is no longer external and cannot be solved the way previous problems were solved.

Why This Work Is Stable Under Pressure

This work is not experimental for me.

I have spent over three decades working directly with how human systems respond to pressure — physical, emotional, relational, and existential — not in theory, but in practice.

Here is the context that matters:

  • I have practiced craniosacral therapy since 1993 and worked with over 3,000 people one-to-one.
  • I developed the first government-accredited diploma of craniosacral therapy and founded The Australian Institute of Craniosacral Therapy, where I taught that diploma.
  • I have lectured internationally, produced advanced training material, and written four books on health, consciousness, and spiritual realisation.
  • Since 2020, I have worked entirely remotely, with the same depth and effectiveness.
  • Across decades of work, 85–90% of people report getting the result they came for.

What matters more than any of this is not the number of years or people — it is what that exposure builds. I am not startled by intensity, uncertainty, or not-knowing.
That steadiness is what allows other systems to settle.

About Spirituality (Optional Reading)

You can read about my spirituality here if it is of interest to you. It influences how I work but it isn’t necessary for you to know it or agree with it to get results.

What matters is the practical effect of our work together. When a person’s internal system is no longer oriented toward control, optimisation, or defence, a large amount of background effort drops away. Decisions simplify. Reactions soften. Energy that was tied up in self-management becomes available again.

This is not transcendence and it is not escape. It is a return to an underlying orientation that allows action to become cleaner, quieter, and more precise.

~ Stillness is uncomfortable. Silence makes things surface. ~

I am not interested in spiritual theatre or intermediate experiences. Psychic phenomena, insights, and peak states may arise, but they are not the point and they are not where authority sits.

Authority remains with what is stable beneath experience. When attention settles there, change occurs without force, without effort.

I am not interested in positioning myself as an authority over you. I work as someone who knows how to stay present when internal processes reorganise — without interference, interpretation, or agenda.

My job is not to lead you somewhere new, but to ensure conditions are present so what is already trying to complete, can finally do so.

What People Notice Changing

What consistently changes, as described by people who have worked with me:

  • Decision-making becomes simpler and quieter.
Not faster through force, but clearer through the absence of internal argument. Decisions stop needing internal rehearsal, justification, or post-decision review.
  • Internal pressure drops — even when external pressure does not.
Responsibility remains. Complexity remains. What disappears is the constant internal bracing, vigilance, or self-monitoring that made everything heavier than it needed to be.
  • Mental noise reduces without effort.
People describe fewer loops, fewer background narratives, and a noticeable reduction in the need to think things through repeatedly. Silence stops feeling dangerous or unproductive.
  • Emotional reactivity softens without suppression.
Not through control, regulation techniques, but because unfinished internal material finally completes. Situations that previously triggered irritation, defensiveness, or withdrawal simply stop hooking in the same way.
  • Energy becomes available without motivation strategies.
Many people report doing less internally while functioning better externally. Work feels cleaner. Rest feels more restorative. There is less sense of managing oneself through the day.
  • A felt sense of being “at home” internally returns.
  • Not as bliss or peak experience, but as a stable orientation. People often say some version of: “I did not realise how much effort I was expending just to be myself.”

These changes are not dramatic performances. They are practical, often understated, and immediately noticeable in daily life — especially by the person experiencing them.

What resolves is not a symptom, belief, or behaviour.
What resolves is the need to keep holding something together internally.

This Work Is Not For You If:

  • You look for absolute answers, frameworks, or teachings.
  • You want to be directed on what to believe or how to live.
  • You are not open to the primary agent of change being anything other than effort.
  • You expect someone else to do the work on your behalf.
  • You look to hand responsibility to a guide, process, or relationship rather than stay inside your own experience.
  • You want change without committing time, attention, and personal cost.
  • You hope to be fixed rather than to participate.
  • You believe the answers live outside you and need to be delivered.
  • You seek reassurance instead of truth.
  • You are hypervigilant about money — track costs closely, assess value only through outward signs of change and dismiss or undervalue subtle internal shifts.
  • You delay taking action until you are “ready”.
  • You expect rescue instead of support.

Who This Work Is For

This work is for people whose external life already functions. You know how to make decisions, hold responsibility, and operate under pressure. You have solved complex problems before — through intelligence, effort, and execution.

What brings you here may not be dysfunction or crisis. It can simply be the recognition that something essential has plateaued internally. The same effort that once worked no longer does. Pushing harder no longer creates meaningful change. It only increases strain.

This work is for people who are ready to stop optimising themselves from the outside and allow a deeper internal reorganisation to occur — even when that process is uncomfortable, unglamorous, or difficult to explain.

It is especially suited to founders, leaders, and operators who sense that their next level of clarity, freedom, or effectiveness will not come from strategy, insight, or personal development, but from something settling at a more fundamental level.

~ Why did I work this hard if I still feel like this? ~

Investment

The investment for the three-month Accelerated Spiritual Core Work container is €10,000.

This reflects the intensity, exactness, and level of presence required for this work to be effective. It is not a programme, a curriculum, or a set of techniques. It is a focused relational container in which attention is held consistently enough for deep internal processes to complete.

~ I have access to everything except peace. ~

This work depends on exactness and presence. It is intentionally not scaled, automated, or delegated. Its effectiveness depends on attunement, availability, and the ability to respond in real time to what is actually happening — not to what is expected or idealised.

For people at this stage of life and work, the cost is rarely financial. It is the willingness to stop managing yourself and allow something more fundamental to reorganise. That is where the real investment is made.

~ At this stage, delay is not protective — it is costly because what remains cannot be resolved incrementally. ~

Next Step

I am Irish so the next step is we chat — a focused, human conversation to see whether this work is a good fit at this stage and to see if you and I are a good fit for each other.

The number of people I can do this kind of work with is small. So we chat without pressure, or assumption that we proceed; we chat, we check alignment, and we see what is true.

If we’re not a fit, that will become clear quickly. If we are, you will know without needing to convince yourself.

Either way, the conversation itself is usually worthwhile — I have, on more than one occasion, been described as the most charming man on the internet (a claim I neither confirm nor deny).

If something in you recognises this moment — not urgently, but clearly — it is probably time to stop circling internally and get in touch.
